The Opportunity
Ready for the next step in your personal development and career? Due to internal promotion, we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Mt Isa operations, overseeing Parts, Service, and Product Support.
The role will work closely with the Regional Operations, Regional Support Manager and Aftermarket Sales team to develop improved business processes, manage revenue streams, while ensuring safety adherence, policy compliance and risk minimization
In this role, you'll manage 7 direct reports, guiding a team to achieve excellence across multiple departments.
What you'll bring
We’re seeking a strong leader with experience working with OEMs, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in negotiation, project management, and problem-solving.
A sharp business mind and the ability to manage HR, safety compliance, P&L, strategy, and projects will set you apart. You’ll be the driving force for collaboration and success across the team.
