We’re looking for a Service Administrator to join our Mt Thorley branch, providing essential administrative and customer support to the Service Department. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with the Service Manager and wider branch team to keep service administration running efficiently and customers supported.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the Service Department, including:

  • Processing service invoices accurately and following up outstanding purchase orders.
  • Monitoring Work in Progress (WIP) and supporting timely invoicing of completed jobs.
  • Entering and maintaining accurate information across business systems.
  • Preparing payroll information and supporting warranty administration and factory claims.
  • Managing service-related cash sales and reconciliations.
  • Providing professional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, along with general branch administration.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency

Role Located:  Mount Thorley, NSW
Roster: Monday to Friday / 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and confident managing a range of administrative responsibilities in a busy branch environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration or business support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using business systems; SAP and Dynamics AX experience would be advantageous.
