The Opportunity

Are you a relationship builder with a knack for solving complex problems and spotting growth opportunities? We are looking for an Account Manager to take the wheel on a portfolio of high-value mining customers – delivering smart solutions, excellent support and measurable results. This isn’t just sales – its strategic partnership. From fleet lifecycle to service contracts, you’ll keep our customers running smoothly, while identifying new way to boost performance and profitability.

What you will be doing:

• Own and drive strategic account plans that align with fleet lifecycles, production targets and service strategies.
• Stay sharp with CRM updates – track every customer touchpoint to machine statistic to part usage.
• Spot gaps, close loops and keep performance on target.
• Uncover new sales opportunities across parts, service, and digital tech.
• Work with our tech teams to keep the machines reliable and customers happy.
• Be the go-to for site level operations, maintenance and procurement teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to keep tabs on performance, machine health and expectations.
• Keep leadership in the loop with monthly performance updates.

What You Bring to the Table:

• An understanding of mining pressures, equipment lifecycles, and the value of uptime.
• Strong sales and problem-solving abilities.
• Structured thinker with a plan for every site, contract and opportunity.
• Tertiary or trade qualification in sales, service, engineering or supply chain.
• Previous experience in mining, industrial or heavy equipment sectors is a strong plus.
