The Opportunity:
As a Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Mackay Service team through accurate payroll processing, WIP management, invoicing, customer communication and general administrative coordination. This role is essential to ensuring smooth service operations and exceptional customer experience.
You’ll join a 100‑year‑old Japanese global OEM, trusted worldwide for innovation, technology and reliability. What we are looking for:
- Admin experience in service or similar roles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office & data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with SAP payroll highly regarded
