The Opportunity
Reporting to the Production Manager, we are currently seeking an procient and enthusiastic Branch Administrator. The core function of the Branch Adminstirato is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Branches including payroll and service invoice processing; reception duties; customer service support and general secretarial and clerical support to the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to respective Branches by:
- Completing invoicing timely and accurately.
- Raising Purchase Orders correctly, by ensuring all physical invoices are received with accurate costs, stock is good receipted, and any outstanding Purchase Orders are followed up.
- Regularly monitoring work in progress (WIP) and ensure processes are in place and adhered to, that allow for timely invoicing of work.
- Coordinate and prepare weekly payroll information ensuring all timesheets are entered in time for Pay run.
- Data entry management
- Reception duties when required and during staff absences.
- Monitoring and recording Service/Parts Department cash sales transactions and carry out reconciliations out as required.
- Complete staff expenses claims when necessary.
- Supporting, assisting, and attending company/branch/department/region activities.
- Ordering of employee uniforms, PPE, office supplies & merchandise as directed by supervisor/manager.
- Continually recommend possible means for improvements of efficiencies.
- Carry out general clerical and Adhoc duties as required

What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience/skills as an Administrator or Office Manager-type role
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs with sound data entry skills.
- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff and customers.
- Sound time management and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in mid-senior level administration.
- Experience with SAP payroll administration
Qualifications & Requirements
- Holds a current driver’s license.
- Had previous experience in a similar position
