We’re looking for a Manufacturing & Planning Coordinator to join our Hemmant branch and provide planning, systems and administrative support to our Remanufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on administration and coordination role, working closely with the Planning Controller, workshop team and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate information, support planning activities and keep jobs moving.
Our Remanufacturing operation works across a range of component rebuild and repair activities, with a strong focus on electrical components.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Planning Controller
- Maintain accurate work order, production and planning information
- Monitor job progress and identify potential delays or outstanding requirements
- Maintain Excel trackers, reports and planning information
- Support materials, purchasing and inventory requirements
- Work with workshop and support teams to resolve information or data issues
- Assist with improving planning administration, reporting and data processes
Roster: Monday to Thursday – 6:30am to 3:00pm / Friday 6:30am to 1:00pm

What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, production, workshop, mining or similar operational environment
- Strong administration, organisation and coordination skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets
- Previous experience using an MRP/ERP system, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues and follow actions through
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- Experience with Power BI, purchasing, inventory or production planning is advantageous
