Qualifications

  • Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or Electrician.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Fleet Manager for our Gladstone branch to oversee our customers’ requirements, including making suggestions and implementing improvements to increase efficiencies and provide timely and professional response to our customer enquiries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Customer requirements are addressed in a timely manner and the Komatsu equipment is performing at the highest possible level by:
  • Apply a pro-active approach towards Health Safety and Environmental Komatsu employees are on site.
  • Review major machine down events and support the customer in escalating any delays in returning the machine to work through machine down alerts.
  • Actively Participate in Continuous Improvement meetings with the customers providing feedback on fleet performance as required and compile monthly reports.
  • Monitor Customer Oil Wear Analysis and implement and advise Corrective Action Plans where applicable.
  • Monitor machine cautions and abnormalities, action accordingly.
  • Provide site support for warranty and technical enquiries.
  • Provide parts support through reviewing RSPL, and machine down delays caused by parts stocking to improve process and availability.
