The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Storeperson, where you will provide efficient day to day operations of warehouse management  and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

This role is essential in providing assistance to both internal and external customers regarding parts sales, orders, and deliveries, while also managing warehouse operations.

The main responsibilities include executing stock management, receipt and despatch functions, and supporting the Manager in implementing best practices, procedures, systems, and standards for warehouse and inventory management.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in parts operation, interpretation, or a warehouse environment.
• Intermediate computer skills, specifically Dynamics, Microsoft suite, Link One, Partner, Mainframe and SAP.
• Knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude. Trade qualification will be highly regarded.
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.
• High level attention to detail and demonstrate ability in providing consistent and accurate results.
• Understanding of Parts and / or mechanical services industry.
• Appropriate demeanor for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Good communication skills both written and oral to effectively communicate at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Current driver’s license.
• Current forklift license.
