The Opportunity:
Komatsu is seeking an exceptional Parts and Service Coordinator to join our Geraldton Branch.
You’ll be the central point of contact providing quotes, orders, and detailed progress reports.
This important role will assist the branch to maintain a high level of customer support, including sourcing parts, scheduling services and coordinating between teams.
Working with our customers you’ll be actioning service requests in a timely manner and updating our customers for a positive experience.

What we are looking for:
- Parts interpreting experience
- Knowledge of earth moving equipment
- Able to provide a high level of customer service
- Current forklift licence is preferred
- Understanding of service department operations
