What you’ll be doing
You’ll help keep our Smart Solutions humming by supporting the behind-the-scenes “tech enablement” work — the kind that makes growth possible:
- Supporting product readiness and ongoing support for Smart Solutions across the business.
- Working with parts/procurement/vendor pathways to keep things moving (and stocked).
- Helping with forecasting and inventory coordination so we’re ready for demand.
- Keeping systems and records tidy when things change (updates, supersessions, adjustments).
- Collaborating with a bunch of teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, service, etc.) to keep processes flowing.
- Helping track tech deployments (hardware/software) so the support engine stays future ready.

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW but would be open to Wacol, QLD.

You’ll thrive if you’re:
- Positive, proactive, and calm in a high-volume environment (lots happening, often at once).
- Great at managing multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Confident communicating with different stakeholders (and not afraid to chase things up).
- Advanced in Excel
Bonus points (nice-to-have):
- Experience in a similar space involving parts, procurement, vendors, inventory, or supply chain.
