We’re on the lookout for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and great service.

At Komatsu, you won’t just process invoices — you’ll play a key role in keeping our business moving, our suppliers smiling, and our controls rock‑solid.

What we are looking for:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a large or shared‑services environment.
• Solid SAP knowledge and confidence working with AP systems and scanning tools.
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
• A sharp eye for detail (you spot the $0.01 differences).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• The ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
• A team‑player attitude with the confidence to work independently.
• Exposure to change management or project management is a bonus!

 What you’ll be doing

• Processing high‑volume supplier invoices and employee expenses with speed and precision.
• Performing 3‑way matching, GL allocation, and statement reconciliations.
• Making sure payments are accurate, on time, and policy‑compliant.
• Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries quickly.
• Maintaining clean master data and supporting scanning & AP systems.
• Helping uphold strong financial controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Being a go‑to AP expert in a collaborative, supportive team.
