The Opportunity
Due to major growth in the business, we are now looking for an experienced Rental Business Support Co-ordinator to join our Rental team based at Fairfield Head Office. This newly created role will see you coordinate all aspects of rental administration for KAL’s rental machine fleet within Australia, New Zealand & New Caledonia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of rental administration for KAL’s rental machine fleet
- Communication with Rental Supervisor for Parts, Service and Technical Support regarding maintenance and service machine activity
- Processing incoming rental units as well as preparing quotes and rentals agreements
- Management of all machine attachment activities including identification, inspections, storage and transportCreating and issuing PO's to regional service departments and external suppliers
- Coordinate the quality/pre delivery checks on assets as required prior to release
- Manage PPSR registration for each Rental Machine and ensure all documentation & insurances have been received & signed prior to machine releaseIdentifying risks related to Rental Equipment and assist with internal audits
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar coordinator role within earthmoving/capital equipment industry
- Technical and mechanical understanding of earthmoving equipment
- Highly developed communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlinesExpertise in Microsoft suite
