At Komatsu Australia you’ll be part of an inclusive culture where all our people thrive, reflected in our purpose: creating value together. We encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply for this role.
The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead a transformational project at one of Australia’s most respected industrial companies?
Komatsu is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Pay & Time and Attendance system replacement project, based in Fairfield. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of planning, executing, and delivering a detailed Business Case by October 2025, identifying a best-fit solution to replace our current SAP ECC6 Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
You’ll be responsible for defining the project’s objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements, while overseeing budget estimates and benefits realisation. A key focus will be leading the high-level analysis of data integrations, developing a strategy to decouple downstream systems, and mapping out integration into SAP SuccessFactors. Once the Business Case is complete, you’ll build and lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth path toward implementation.
This is a unique opportunity to take the reins on a high-impact, future-focused initiative that will shape the digital direction of Komatsu’s People Systems. If you're passionate about delivering complex enterprise projects and driving meaningful change, we want to hear from you!
