The Opportunity

At Komatsu, our People & Culture team is all about creating a great employee experience — and we’re looking for a People Services Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.

 

This is more than just admin. You’ll be at the centre of the employee lifecycle, supporting everything from onboarding and contracts to HR systems, employee benefits and people support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting employees and leaders with day-to-day People & Culture queries.
  • Managing onboarding, contracts, employee changes and lifecycle administration.
  • Supporting HR systems including SuccessFactors and employee records.
  • Assisting with employee benefits, service awards and referral programs.
  • Working closely with Payroll, P&C Business Partners and leadership teams.
  • Supporting reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

 


What we are looking for:

  • Experience in HR administration, People Services or a similar support role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with a large HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or SAP highly regarded)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with systems and data
  • A team-first attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Adhoc Admin duties as required.
