The Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-focused, and ready to support Komatsu’s Learning Programs?
This role provides administrative support to ensure learning processes operate effectively across Komatsu. It leverages the LMS, coordinates training logistics, and supports the broader People Experience team with a variety of reporting and systems activities. The role also delivers clear communication, timely reporting, and actionable data insights to People Experience and business stakeholders. Ultimately, it ensures learning programs are well-organised, accessible, and aligned with Komatsu’s leadership, culture and compliance priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): creating courses, handling enrolments, uploading content, maintaining records and generating reports.
- Supporting SuccessFactors activities including releases, testing and dashboard reporting.
- Compiling, analysing and presenting training and compliance data, delivering ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end enrolments, course creation, uploads, and testing.
- Troubleshooting LMS issues, suggesting improvements, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Serve as the point of contact for learning-related inquiries.
- Adapt quickly to evolving systems and processes with a continuous learning mindset.
- Contribute to broader OD initiatives and continuous improvement of learning processes. For example, talent Lifecycle support and reporting, Events Calendar management and internal talent pool management
What we are looking for:
- Formal qualifications are not required – relevant on-the-job experience in learning administration, reporting, or systems is highly valued.
- Experience in Learning & Development, HR or related roles is desirable but not essential.
- We welcome applicants with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.
