The Opportunity
Are you detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and passionate about getting things right the first time?
We are looking for a Payroll Services Officer to keep our people paid accurately and on time - every time.
Whats the role:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for ANZ.
- Manage legislative payments )PAYG, Payroll, Tax, Super) and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports for audits and business insights.
- Be the go-to expert for pay queries and provide top-notch customer service.
What you will bring:
- Deep technical payroll knowledge.
- Experience with SAP ECC6, SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a love for accuracy.
- Ability to juggle deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and problem solving skills.
