Parts Transformation Lead - Digital and Process

The Opportunity:
Join a global OEM with a 100‑year legacy of engineering excellence, world‑class machinery and one of the most advanced parts operations in the industry. As our Parts Transformation Lead – Digital & Process, you’ll help modernise how our aftermarket parts ecosystem works across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Working within a collaborative team of six, you’ll drive transformation initiatives that remove friction, improve customer and staff outcomes, and lift the performance of our digital parts platforms. You’ll map processes, design future‑state journeys, translate ideas into executable work, and partner closely with platform owners, I.T, national parts teams and frontline users.
This is a high‑impact role where your work directly improves how customers order, receive and interact with Komatsu parts, supporting the reliability of our world‑class machines and strengthening our OEM advantage.
You’ll also enjoy up to two days per week working from home, with strong support, shared problem‑solving and plenty of collaboration across the team.

What we are looking for:
- Process design and mapping (as-is / to-be), including exceptions and impact assessment
- Digital and e-commerce experience, with exposure to online platforms and workflows
- Marketing and customer insight knowledge, including understanding customer behaviour, adoption, and CX impacts
- Collaborative delivery, working closely with platform owners and broader Information Technology Teams.
- Strong business analysis skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
- Change leadership, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide rollout activities
- Digital fluency, using data and system behaviour to identify and drive improvements
- User-centred approach to continuous improvement, reducing friction for both customers and internal teams
