The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-focused National Warranty Manager to lead our warranty operations – covering Komatsu Machines, Parts, and Service, while managing a dedicated national team. This is a key role where you will make sure everything runs smoothly, from meeting our global warranty standards, and expediting Customer response and adjudication timelines, to driving factory recoveries and minimising business impact. You will have a change to improve processes, find efficiencies and keep communication flowing across the board.
Your responsibilities include:
- Submit and manage warranty and field campaign claims in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with warranty processes and maintain high factory recovery rates (90%+).
- Oversee invoicing, credit tracking, and warranty reporting.
- Communicate effectively with branches, factories and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and service strategies.
- Keep warranty documentation current and lead a high-performing team across key operational areas.

What we are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for accurate, high-quality reporting.
- Analytical and able to spot trends or issues in product performance.
- Skilled at streamlining processes and limiting risk.
- Confident with the Microsoft Suite.
- Qualifications in a technical, trade or related field (highly regarded).
- At least 3 years’ experience in a management role.
- Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of warranty processes.
- Solid OEM experience with the ability to liaise effectively with factories and OEMs.
- Extensive Service and Technicial experience.
