The Opportunity

As our National Inventory Planner – Kits, you’ll be the mastermind behind ensuring the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, every time. You’ll drive forecasting, planning and kit builds that directly impact customer uptime and business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and manage inventory levels for parts kits nationwide.
• Forecast demand and drive smart purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate kit builds with National warehouses.
• Analyse data to improve efficiency, accuracy and availability.
• Manage backorders, urgent requests and supply challenges.
• Own kit setup, BOM optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Located:  Fairfield, NSW but open to applications located at one of our main hubs.

What we are looking for

• Experience in inventory planning, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• A knack for solving problems and spotting inefficiencies.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills as you’ll work with cross functional teams.
