The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a detail-focused and organised Logistics Administrator to join our team and help keep our freight operations running smoothly. If you're great with numbers, know your way around SAP, and enjoy supporting a busy team, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll raise purchase orders, allocate freight costs to the correct cost centres, and lend a hand to the logistics team wherever needed.

What you will be doing:

• Validating freight invoices from suppliers.
• Allocating freight charges to the correct cost centres.
• Raising POs for both international and domestic freight.
• Managing logistics email inboxes and responding to branch enquiries.
• Providing freight quotes to branches as requested.
• Downloading and maintaining PO reports daily.
• Assisting in the consolidation of the monthly logistics KPI report.
• Working with branches to reallocate costs from TGE invoices.
• Handling weekly freight cost re-allocations.

What we are looking for:

• Experience using SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• A basic understanding of logistics processes.
• Great communication skills and a can-do attitude.
