The Opportunity

Make a difference as a CSR with Komatsu, where you'll play a key role in delivering responsive customer support in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

 

In this position, you will support customers while working across internal systems and collaborating closely with your team to help keep operations running smoothly.

 

As you build your product and systems knowledge, you will handle customer enquiries, provide high-quality service, and apply your mechanical aptitude to help navigate parts and service-related conversations.

 

Gain valuable experience in customer service, systems and technical learning, with opportunities to grow your capability in a business that values attitude, adaptability and development.

 

What we are looking for

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Mechanical aptitude or a genuine interest in how engines, vehicles or equipment work; experience from automotive, motorcycles, caravans, cycles or similar industries will be highly regarded.
  • Confidence using systems and learning new technology, with a mindset open to evolving tools and processes.
  • A positive attitude, sound judgement and willingness to learn.
