The Opportunity
Based at our Fairfield office, we are seeking Customer Support Administrator's for full-time and 12 month fixed-term opportunity. The Customer Support Adminstrator will provide a high standard of customer support to Komatsu’s customers both internally and externally. This role will support and manage administration functions, clerical services & parts ordering to ensure effective and efficient operations for the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer calls are answered within the first 20 seconds and are dealt with during the phone call by providing advice, answering questions and taking orders. Calls to only be redirected or escalated when required.
- Answering calls in accordance with Komatsu Customer Support Charter.
- Responsible to provide phone assistance with all Marketing outbound campaigns undertaken.
- Administration tasks, Reporting, purchasing, Email management, order processing
Role Located: Fairfield
What we are looking for:
- Microsoft Office Package knowledge essential
- Microsoft AX experience desirable (knowledge of Logistics and Inventory Systems is essential)
- SAP, CRM, CTI & Excel Experience desirable (knowledge of purchasing system is essential)
- Previous parts or mechanical knowledge (Desirable)
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Able to work public holidays and flexible roster patterns
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Team focused with the ability to be involved and interact.
