The Opportunity:

 

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager – Quarry to manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value Tier 2 construction and quarry customers across the South East Region. This role is all about building deep relationships, understanding customer operations, and delivering integrated aftermarket solutions that improve fleet performance and site productivity.

You’ll partner closely with operations, maintenance and procurement teams across customer sites, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the full equipment lifecycle. From account planning and technical alignment to commercial growth and solution bundling, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Komatsu’s presence and delivering measurable value.

Role Located:  This role can be based in our Fairfield, Wollongong or Newcastle branch.
Frequent travel across, NSW, Victoria and SA will be required.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong account management experience in construction, quarry, or heavy industry
  • Understanding of fleet lifecycle, production environments, and equipment health
  • Ability to identify, develop and close aftermarket sales opportunities
  • Skilled in building multi‑level customer relationships
  • Commercial acumen across pricing, forecasting and product mix
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured account planning
  • Technical understanding of parts, service, or equipment (trade or tertiary desirable)
