The Opportunity
Komatsu’s Fairfield branch is looking for a Field Service Supervisor to lead our high-performing service team. This key role is all about driving safe, efficient field operations while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Lead and support a team of ~10+ Field Service Technicians.
- Coordinate daily field operations, workflow, and resourcing.
- Manage WIP, service reporting, and quality outcomes.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Champion safety, continuous improvement, and team development.
About you
- Proven experience leading technical teams.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (preferred).
- Current Driver’s Licence and White Card.
- Komatsu equipment experience (highly regarded).
