The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Leading Hand to join our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) team. Based in our PDI workshop, this role is critical in supporting the Production Supervisor with the planning, coordination, and execution of all PDI activities. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with Komatsu’s high standards, policies, and procedures.

   You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of the PDI team.
• Leading Technicians and Contractors to ensure timely and high-quality job completion.
• Monitoring job progress and workflow, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues.
• Acting as a key point of contact between the workshop, internal departments, and customers.
• Maintaining clear communication to ensure smooth coordination and high service standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a workshop or PDI environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team while being hands-on with the work.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
