The Opportunity

 

 As a Leading Hand – PDI, you’ll support the supervision and coordination of assembly and commissioning of Komatsu machinery, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and apprentices.
  • Oversee assembly, commissioning and PDI activities.
  • Plan, schedule and allocate work to maximise productivity.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
  • Monitor job progress, costs and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.

What we are looking for

  • Trade qualification (essential).
  • Previous leadership exposure or experience with the ability to delegate.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment.
  • Professional self-starter, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Forklift licence (desirable).
