The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our high performing branch in Fairfield, NSW.

Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you'll coordinate daily service operations by scheduling technicians, managing Work in Progress (WIP), coordinating parts and contractors, supporting warranty activities and ensuring customers receive exceptional service from job commencement through to completion.

Working closely with internal teams and customers, you'll play an important role in maintaining efficient branch operations while helping deliver safe, high-quality service outcomes across the region.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, customer service or operational support.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within construction, mining, heavy equipment or service industries will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to SAP and/or OneView is advantageous.
  • Technical or trade knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
