We’re on the lookout for a Lead P&C Business Partner to join our high-performing People & Culture team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume frontline role, responsible for partnering with business leaders to build leadership capability, drive strategic outcomes, and deliver high-quality HR support that enables our people to thrive.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance on complex people matters and employee relations.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
  • Influence and coach leaders to lift capability and performance.
  • Manage change and contribute to business transformation.
  • Lead with insight, empathy, and a strong commercial mindset.

What you will bring:

 

  • A track record of delivering strategic and operational HR outcomes in a complex environment.
  • Strong experience advising on legislation, enterprise agreements, policy, and best practice.
  • Confidence to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving impact.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within a similar or related industry.
  • Relevant degree (preferably postgrad) in HR or a related field.
  • Solid experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, EAs, and change management practices.
  • Strong digital fluency and comfort with HR systems and tools.

     

    You’ll also be working collaboratively within a supportive P&C team, with the opportunity to shape how we deliver value to the business.
