The Opportunity
Our Melbourne branch is looking for an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join the team. The position is responsible and accountable for the operation of all Field Service activities to ensure it runs safely, efficiently, profitably and offers genuine product to the customers of the Branch. This is achieved by coordinating the activities including workflow and staff allocations, ensuring that at all deadlines are met, documentation is completed, and jobs are invoiced promptly. This role has 21 direct/indirect reports across the field service team.
Competitive salary plus superannuation plus vehicle allowance. Salary will be discussed at phone screening stage. You will also be provided with uniforms.
Roster: Monday – Friday
Role Located: Melbourne Branch (Campbellfield)
Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in a supervisory/management role
- Understands strong customer service
- Well-developed written & oral communication skills
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels both internal & external
- Heavy diesel trade certificate preferred, & strong analytical skills
