The Opportunity:

 

Komatsu is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our operations in Bunbury, Western Australia.

 

You’ll be joining a leader in the heavy mining equipment industry and play a critical role in driving the success of our Bunbury branch.

 

You will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including , safety, sales, service, parts, and customer relationships while maintaining and growing revenue.

 

This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers significant career growth potential within Komatsu.

 

We are looking for an exceptional leader with strong operational and strategic skills, a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and a deep understanding of the mining industry and equipment.

 

Role Located: Bunbury, WA

What we are looking for:

  • Earthmoving, mining industry and Komatsu machine experience preferred
  • Sales and marketing ability to develop the Komatsu brand and find growth markets
  • Strong ability to analyse HSE risks and lead the team safely with a commitment to a zero harm workplace.
  • Sound understanding of financial reports including P&L budgets and forecasts
  • Strong professional written and oral ability
  • Willing to pass on knowledge by training and developing team members
  • Clearly communicate & present the regional strategy to employees, ensuring clear instructions and directions
