The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Condition Monitoring Technician based ot our Wacol facility to conduct reporting of Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA)  and Condition Monitoring Service (CMS) test results to customers in a timely manner. The position also provides dedicated support to Customer Support Groups, OEM customers and Komatsu contract business clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise daily workflow to meet customer delivery expectations for Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA) reports by the end of the business day (measured by daily report stats)
  • Provide support to Customer Support Groups for KOWA reporting and CMS business product enquiries
  • Provide direct support to Komatsu and OEM customers upon request to enable clients to manage machine fleet maintenance and operational costs for equipment using CMS and KOWA products.
  • Conduct training sessions at the customer’s request to maintain sampling disciplines and promote quality of service to users
  • Manage Condition Monitoring Service key account clients as directed by the Senior Condition Monitoring Technician.
  • Liaise with the Laboratory staff to maintain laboratory workflow and allow the customer reports to meet delivery schedules (key account turnaround stats are reported monthly)
  • Assist Office Administrators to maintain data cleanliness of customer, machine and oil data records
  • Represent the Company in dispute resolution where KOWA reporting is involved

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and Team Skills
  • Sound Computer & System Skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative
  • Sound product Knowledge

Qualifications

  • Trade Certificate and Post Trade Experience
