Based in Wacol and reporting to the Head of Parts Supply, the Supply Chain Fulfilment & Optimisation Lead will play a key role in driving inventory performance, fulfilment optimisation and supply chain efficiency across Komatsu Australia's branch network.


This position is responsible for improving parts availability, inventory health and service levels while supporting major business initiatives including D365 readiness. You'll work closely with Inventory, Supply Chain and Operations teams to identify opportunities that reduce costs, improve customer outcomes and optimise inventory investment.

Using data-driven insights, you'll influence strategic decisions, monitor key supply chain performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory management and fulfilment performance across the business.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics or parts operations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience driving inventory optimisation, replenishment strategies or fulfilment performance initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
  • Experience with ERP systems, inventory management platforms or D365 would be advantageous.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence and customer outcomes.
