The Opportunity:

 

Make a difference as a Sales Co-Ordinator – New and Used Equipment, where you'll play a key role initially in supporting the end-to-end sales process of used machine sales, along with supporting the used equipment operations supervisor with incoming stock management. Initially, the position will focus on used equipment, then expand into supporting new equipment sales as you develop into the role.

 

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to keep sales processes moving smoothly, manage competing priorities, and ensure all documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time.

 

This is a fast-paced and highly organised role, offering plenty of variety and the chance to contribute to a collaborative team environment

 

You’ll be comfortable working with manual processes, spreadsheets, and systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX, managing a steady flow of purchase order requests for internal teams and external suppliers.

 

Develop capability across used & new equipment operations, stakeholder management and sales support, with the chance to grow as the business continues to integrate new processes.

 

Role Located: Sherwood

Compensation: $80k - $85k + annual bonus + super

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work closely with the Used Equipment BDM, Sales team, Service teams, and external suppliers/subcontractors
  • Proven coordination skills in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and respond quickly to urgent requests (e.g., purchase orders and delivery coordination)
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability, including confidence working with spreadsheets and manual processes to keep information accurate and up to date
  • Systems experience highly regarded (SAP and/or Dynamics/AX), with a willingness to learn and adapt as processes and systems continue to evolve
