What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating new and used machine sales processes from order to delivery
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Managing machine builds, attachments, and delivery schedules
- Processing sales documentation, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintaining accurate machine records and forecasting data
- Supporting demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
What we are looking for:
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- An interest in construction, machinery, or equipment (highly regarded)
