We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, motivated People & Culture Business Partner to join our high-energy team. This is your chance to step into a fast-paced, high-volume frontline P&C role that makes a real difference.

 

You’ll be the go-to P&C Business Partner for leaders across the North East Region , helping them lift capability, drive performance, and navigate all things people. You could be based at our Wacol or Mackay, QLD office. 

 

You’ll deliver:

  • Sharp, strategic HR advice and support that builds leadership confidence.
  • End-to-end HR services that enhance business performance and employee engagement.
  • Solutions that smooth the bumps in change management and workplace culture.
  • Real-time, real-talk coaching that supports People Leaders through complex people matters.

  • Someone who works independently, but plays well with others – team first, always.

You’ll Bring:

  • A strong client service mindset and the confidence to consult, challenge, and influence.
  • Solid experience handling complex and sensitive people issues with care and clarity.
  • Know-how across workplace legislation, enterprise agreements, and award interpretation.
  • A knack for building strong relationships and collaborating across teams.
  • Resilience, positivity, and a bias for action – you get things done.

You’ve Got:

  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field – postgrad a bonus.
  • 3+ years minimum HR experience at an Administration, Advisory or Generalist
  • Keenness to progress, learn, get involved and get your hands dirty.
