We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the movement of our Machines across Australia, New Zealand, and New Caledonia via both road and sea freight.
Your focus will be on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of shipments, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing accurate road and sea freight quotes for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating international shipments from global OEMs to ANZ and New Caledonia.
- Recommending efficient, cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Keeping the business informed with clear and timely ETDs and ETAs.
- Working collaboratively with carriers and suppliers to avoid and resolve delays.
- Managing Out-of-Gauge shipments with efficiency and care.
- Following up on Proof of Delivery and any missing documentation.
- Communicating biosecurity updates and managing logistics inboxes.
- Ensuring all freight movements comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation.
Role Located: Fairfield, NSW but we would be open to applicants located in Brisbane, QLD.

What we are looking for:
- Solid understanding of international freight routes, customs processes, duties, and taxes.
- Experience coordinating both road and sea freight — OOG experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal.
