We’re looking for a Customer Projects Coordinator to act as the vital link between our customers and internal teams—keeping orders moving, projects on track, and expectations aligned.

 

You’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, coordinate complex order banks, and work closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to deliver DIFOT performance and exceptional customer outcomes. No two days are the same, and your impact is visible.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Owning customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
  • Coordinating shutdown and critical order requirements.
  • Analysing order data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Helping drive continuous improvement across order and project processes.
