The Opportunity
Based at our Wacol branch, we are currently seeking a the Contractor Management Administrator for a 12 month fixed-term contract. The Contractor Management Administrator plays a key role in supporting Komatsu’s implementation and governance of the Contractor Management System and supports the administration requirements of the HSSE team.
The position facilitates the effective execution of contractor management processes, enabling compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the contractor management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with ISO 45001.
- Support contractor classification processes to ensure appropriate risk categorisation and compliance requirements.
- Oversee contractor prequalification, ensuring all vendors meet Komatsu’s safety, legal, and operational standards.
- Facilitate contractor auditing and assurance activities to verify adherence to Komatsu’s Contractor Management procedures.
- Coordinate and support contractor performance reviews, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with business expectations.
- Assist in contractor and Komatsu integration, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with Komatsu’s safety and operational procedures.
- Generate and distribute contractor management reports, providing insights on compliance, performance, and risk management
- Provide administrative support and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractor management policies and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and procedures, supporting the effectiveness of contractor risk management.
- Provide other administrative support to the National HSSE team as required.

- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Excellent computer literacy
- Internal and External Auditor Skills
Qualifications
- Internal and External Auditor Qualifications highly regarded
