The Opportunity:
Based in Adelaide, this is a key field-based role responsible for driving profitable rental growth across the entire state of South Australia.
South Australia has never been busier and is experiencing strong market activity across construction, utilities and infrastructure. As the Rental Sales Representative, you will take ownership of the state, manage customer relationships and driving new business across both metropolitan and regional areas.
The region manages a steady volume of monthly rental movements, along with a consistent pipeline of quotes and customer enquiries providing significant opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to build momentum and grow market share.
As a Rental Sales Representative, you’ll identify opportunities, win new customers, and grow long-term rental partnerships. You’ll work closely with Construction & Utility Sales, Key Account Managers, Rental Operations and Service teams to deliver end-to-end rental solutions that maximise customer value and fleet utilisation.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused sales role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, customer engagement, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Role Located: Adelaide. Travelling across metropolitan and regional South Australia.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in rental or capital equipment sales (construction, utility, or mining).
- Strong customer relationship skills and a service‑first mindset.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand equipment applications and deliver smart solutions.
- Self‑motivation, organisation, and the ability to juggle deadlines with ease.
