Account Representative Aftermarket

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an Account Representative to support our South East Region, based in Adelaide, managing a large portfolio of construction & utility customers.
This role focuses on service plans, parts, attachments, consumables and aftermarket support. You’ll be the daily contact point for customers, providing fast, accurate quoting, order coordination, product information and proactive account management.
You’ll work closely with operations, logistics, parts, and internal sales teams to ensure customers receive the support they need to keep their equipment running efficiently. Your work directly contributes to customer retention, aftermarket growth and Komatsu’s reputation for reliability and service excellence.

The successful applicant will be required to travel across South Australia, Victoria and NSW semi frequently.

What we are looking for:
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building capability
- Understanding of aftermarket processes, service plans, parts or construction equipment
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with structured planning and follow‑through
- Commercial acumen across quoting, pricing and product mix
- Experience with CRM systems and structured workflows (desirable)
- Technical understanding of parts, service or equipment (trade or tertiary desirable)
